Return Eligibility
We accept returns for:
Defective products, and
Non-defective products (changed mind, not satisfied, etc.)
All returned items must be in new condition.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges
We accept product exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day window.
How to Return an Item
All returns are completed by mail.
1. Submit a return request through our support team email store@aurenti.net.
2. Download and print the free return label provided.
3. Pack your item securely and ship it back using the label.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed.
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
